About the Journal
Indonesian Journal of Nursing Case Study (IJNCS) adheres to the ethical principles outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors must ensure:
- The manuscript is original, not under consideration elsewhere, and free from fabrication or falsification;
- All patient information is kept confidential and written informed consent for publication has been obtained;
- All authors have made substantial contributions and have agreed to the final version;
- Any conflicts of interest are declared.
Editors and reviewers are expected to uphold confidentiality, impartiality, and avoid conflicts of interest during the editorial and review processes.
POLICY ON THE USE OF GENERATIVE AI IN PUBLICATIONS
Indonesian Journal of Nursing Case Study (IJNCS) a follows international publication ethics in regulating the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI). Generative AI tools may not be listed as authors or co-authors. Any use of AI in manuscript preparation must be transparently disclosed at submission, including the tool and its purpose. Authors retain full responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of all content and must verify any AI-assisted output. The use of generative AI to create or modify images or illustrations is prohibited, except when clearly justified as part of the research methodology and explicitly described in the Methods section. Editors and reviewers are prohibited from uploading manuscripts under review to AI systems, and all editorial and peer-review decisions must rely on human judgment. This policy does not apply to basic tools for grammar, spelling, or reference management that do not generate substantive scholarly content.
