Perencanaan Tata Ruang dan Infrastruktur Desa Petiyin Tunggal untuk Pembangunan Berkelanjutan
Abstrak
Village-based tourism development is one of the key strategies to simultaneously promote local economic growth, cultural preservation, and environmental sustainability. This study aims to formulate a strategic planning framework for the development of Petiyin Tunggal Village, located in Dukun Sub-district, Gresik Regency, as a sustainable tourism village based on local potential. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach supported by quantitative data, using field observations, interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted in several stages, including the identification of potentials and challenges, SWOT analysis, zoning, and strategic planning.
The results reveal that Petiyin Tunggal Village possesses diverse tourism potentials, including agro-tourism, cultural tourism, educational tourism, and local culinary attractions. The main challenges faced are limited infrastructure, insufficient promotion, and low community management capacity. The proposed planning includes zoning for tourism areas, the development of supporting infrastructure, community empowerment through the establishment of a village-owned tourism enterprise (BUMDes), and digital-based promotion strategies. The findings indicate that participatory, integrated, and locally-driven planning can significantly enhance the village’s tourism attractiveness while contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals at the village level.
