Pembangunan Masjid Pondok Pesantren An Nur Malang - Jawa Timur

Abstrak

The construction of a mosque at Pondok Pesantren An Nur Malang is a response to the growing need for adequate worship facilities, in line with the increasing number of students and religious activities. The mosque serves not only as a place of worship but also as a center for spiritual development, education, and character building for the students. This study aims to describe the participatory process of mosque construction, including planning, fundraising, construction implementation, and evaluation of its impact. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the mosque construction has strengthened the religious and social functions of the pesantren and increased community involvement in supporting Islamic education development. This project demonstrates effective collaboration between the pesantren and the community in creating sustainable religious infrastructure.
